Pet Friendly
Pets are welcome year round in all our accommodations. 
Our pet policy is 
1. All pets on a leash and in control at all times. 
2. Poop & Scoop 
3. If you must leave your pet in the cottage alone please make sure he/she is happy, not barking, howling, scratching, or eating anything that will hurt him/her or the cottage. 
We do not charge extra for pets.
We have no size restrictions. 
Dogs can swim in Lovesick Lake at our beach unless we have other guests that object. Then they can swim zt our sand "Dog" Beach. 

Peaceful, Relaxing Surroundings
Come to Marrick's Landing for a stress free vacation to spend quality time with family, friends and your pet. You can enjoy relaxed friendly service on your own timetable. Read a book by the lake, put your feet in the water, enjoy the beautiful sunsets, take a canoe ride at sunrise, sit by your own campfire, relax in your own personal hot tub under the stars. These are a few examples of what you can do at Marrick's Landing. 

Water Fun
Swim at our large weed free sand beach, play on our water slide, swim raft and inflatable floating rock climbing wall, or take out one of our canoes, kayaks or paddleboats.  

4-meter aluminum boats and 9.9 h.p. motors are available for rent, by the day or week. 
Coast Guard Regulations now in effect for operators of pleasure boats fitted with a motor and used for recreational purposes:
You need to show proof of operator competency (CCG Pleasure Craft Operator Card) or keep your Rental Boat Safety Check list with you at all times.

Subject to availability, we have an 18 foot pontoon boat available for your boating pleasure.

Games Room
Play ping pong.  (Seasonal)
Here you can also find many board games, puzzles and books that can be used in the games room or brought back to your cottage (All Year Round).

Playground & Outside Activities
We have a playground with swings, slide and a sand box for the kids. Badminton & volleyball can be enjoyed as well as an exciting game of horseshoes,Croquet, Bocci Ball,etc. 

Monday Night Bon Fire
Every Monday night during the summer months we host a Meet & Greet  bon fire complete with hot dogs & marshmallows.

Wild Life
Turtles, deer, frogs, osprey, loons, blue heron, mink, muskrat and other bird life are only a few examples of the wildlife that you can see at Marrick’s Landing. 

Cottage Store
We sell pop, juice, water, ice cream novelties, ice, candy, marshmallows, worms and other staples that you may have forgotten to pack. Open convenient hours for our guests. You can also find many brochures and information on local attractions and site-seeing destinations. For a donation to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society, you can choose a movie to watch. Kids, have your picture taken and join our other guests on our photo gallery. Pick up your outdoor games equipment here - horseshoes, badminton rackets, ping-pong balls and paddles, boat safety kits.

Fishing
We have many variety of fish in Lovesick Lake. Muskie, Pickerel (Walleye), Large & Small Mouth Bass, Crappie and other Panfish can be caught by boat or off the dock. 4-meter aluminum boats and 9.9 h.p. motors for rent, by the day or week. Winter Get-Away
Sit by the fireside in a 2 or 3 bedroom housekeeping cottage as you gaze at beautiful Lovesick Lake.  Unwind by the fire or relax under the stars in your personal hot tub.  Enjoy skating on our lake, snow showing through the woods or x-country skiing on the nearby trails.  Experience the many winter activities in the Kawarthas from your Marrick's Landing Base.
