Marrick's Landing, a pet friendly year round resort, is located in Burleigh Falls and offers a wide variety of features to fit your needs for an enjoyable stay. We are a cozy collection of housekeeping cottages nestled among the beautiful oaks and pines of Lovesick Lake. Entering the resort you are embraced by the comfort of the casual, relaxing surroundings.

View the breathtaking sunsets over the lake from one of our two or three bedroom cottages – in any of four-seasons.

Spring in the Kawarthas is beautiful. Be here when the first buds appear on the trees and view stars like you cannot see in the city. Fishing season opens and try your hand – or rod – at catching pickerel or landing a muskie.

During the warmth of summer, you can swim at our sandy beach, play horseshoes, badminton, volleyball or walk to the Burleigh Falls locks. Join us every Monday evening for a communal bon-fire to meet new friends and roast marshmallows.

The fall brings brilliant colours, the Colours ‘n’ Crows Scarecrow event, shopping opportunities and Studio Tours that you can participate in. As the temperature of the lake falls, it is also a great time of year to fish and land “the big one”.

Winter at Marrick's Landing is an experience not to be missed. Sit by the fireplace in one of our cozy winterized cottages. Enjoy your personal hot tub under the stars. It is very peaceful here – a perfect spot to leave the city stresses behind. Cross-country ski, ice skate, snow shoe, hike or just relax. What ever you prefer.
